Responsibilities
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, preparing candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies for a wide range of jobs.
- Utilize a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify the best available talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Create written and electronic sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
- Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Create and execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing tools.
- Attend strategy sessions with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop job-specific sourcing strategies.
- Source both passive and active candidates.
- Conduct testing and pre-screening for potential employees.
- Build talent pipelines across a variety of job types and skill levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing or recruiting in the healthcare industry.
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing technologies (e.g., Entelo, 1-Page).
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and tools like Spokeo, Pipl, and SlideShare.
- Strong social media skills, including active participation on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram to generate leads.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite, iCIMS, Taleo; Avature preferred).
- Experience with CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes.
- Proficiency with Office, Outlook, Chrome (including add-ons and extensions), Windows 7 and 10.
- Experience partnering effectively with Talent Advisors and Human Resources.
- Previous experience conducting data analysis and metric reporting.
- Ability to articulate a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.

Pay
The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually. The final rate offered may vary based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus based on achievement of established targets.
