This is a full-time, remote Healthcare Talent Sourcer role responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals for Health and Wellness clinics nationwide.
As a Healthcare Talent Sourcer, you will leverage networking, relationship-building, and proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. You will manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, candidate preparation for interviews, scheduling, and onboarding assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop sourcing strategies for a wide range of roles.
- Utilize sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, 1-Page, advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches) to source top talent.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Create written and electronic sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends, making data-driven recommendations.
- Execute candidate search campaigns using sourcing tools.
- Attend strategy sessions with Talent Acquisition Partners to create job-specific sourcing plans.
- Source both passive and active candidates.
- Conduct testing and pre-screening for potential employees.
- Build talent pipelines across various job types and skill levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing technologies (e.g., Entelo, 1-Page).
- Strong sourcing skills using advanced Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and tools like Spokeo, Pipl, and SlideShare.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram) for generating leads.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite, iCIMS, Taleo; Avature preferred).
- Experience with CRM and Recruitment Marketing systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Chrome (including add-ons and extensions), and Windows 7/10.
- Experience partnering with Talent Advisors and Human Resources.
- Previous experience conducting data analysis and metric reporting.
- Ability to articulate sourcing plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.

Pay
The expected range of compensation for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus based on achievement of established targets.
Schedule
Full-time employees will earn 0.0692 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked or based on a standard schedule per pay period, in addition to 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours aligned to their schedule throughout the calendar year. Paid sick leave is satisfied by the paid time off accrual.
