About the role

Little, a nationally recognized firm known for its progressive approach to design, is seeking a Studio Principal for its Newport Beach office. The role involves leading a team of architects, planners, and designers to develop and grow client relationships within the Healthcare Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships for clinics and acute care projects.
• Collaborate with clients to find innovative solutions that enhance client performance.
• Create a long-term strategic plan to expand the Healthcare Studio's client base and project portfolio.
• Lead a team of architects in managing existing projects and exploring new opportunities.
• Assume full responsibility for the success of the Healthcare Studio.

Requirements

• Registered Architect with 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture and design.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare planning and design in Southern California.
• Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of developing new business and relationships with hospital clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor and inspire team members and clients.
• Extensive background in healthcare planning and design.
• Resourceful and creative problem solver with a passion for the healthcare industry.
