Healthcare Recruiter (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for roles in Polk County, FL.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, healthcare facilities, and internal hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in ATS or CRM systems.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications for various healthcare roles.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or staffing.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Other Qualifications
- Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required.
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.
