About the role

The Recruiter II role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for executive, specialty, and other high-level positions, with a particular emphasis on healthcare talent. You will independently manage the entire hiring process from sourcing through closing, while consistently delivering high-quality candidates and maintaining strong administrative and organizational practices. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who takes ownership, delivers results, and can work autonomously once fully ramped up.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for executive, specialty, and other high-level roles, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and closing candidates independently.
  • Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates, consistently reaching out to a high volume of qualified talent each week.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring an appropriate number of interviews per week to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Assess candidate interest and qualifications, and guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring they remain engaged and inclined to continue forward.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage requisitions, candidate data, and recruitment workflows with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as number of prospective candidates contacted, interviews per week, and candidates progressing through the process.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned requisitions by proactively driving search strategies and following up consistently with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Deliver results by meeting or exceeding expectations related to candidate quality, speed of hire, and process efficiency.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop scalable and maintainable recruiting solutions, processes, and workflows.
  • Maintain exceptional administrative standards, ensuring that no tasks, follow-ups, or candidate communications fall through the cracks.
  • Work autonomously once ramped up, managing priorities, deadlines, and multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Collaborate as needed with internal stakeholders to clarify role requirements and align on recruiting strategies, particularly for healthcare and executive positions.

Essential Skills

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including a minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting with independent candidate closing.
  • Proven experience in executive or specialty recruiting, with healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of sourcing experience, particularly for high-level and executive candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full lifecycle executive recruiting, including independently closing candidates.
  • Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and requisitions.
  • Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable recruiting solutions.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes and driving processes forward.
  • Consistent track record of delivering results in a recruiting environment, measured by outreach volume, interviews per week, and candidate progression.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Healthcare recruiting experience, particularly in executive or specialized roles, is a significant advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for executive, specialty, or other high-level candidate profiles.
  • Comfort working autonomously once fully ramped, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the process.

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA, requiring you to work on location during standard business hours as determined by the organization. You will operate in a professional office environment, using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage candidates and workflows. The setting emphasizes focus, organization, and consistent follow-through, with close collaboration as needed and the expectation that you will work independently once fully ramped up.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
