About the Role

This is a 12+ month contract position with possible extension or conversion, based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruiting
• Sourcing (low volume, highly strategic)
• Closing candidates

Requirements

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years' experience sourcing (low volume, highly strategic)
• 1+ years experience closing candidates (preferred)
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Recruiting experience in Healthcare and/or Health Tech industries
• Proven ability to think critically and problem-solve to develop scalable and maintainable solutions
• Exceptional administrative skills with high detail-orientation; never lets things fall through the cracks
• Unwavering drive to deliver a candidate-first experience

Pay

Hourly rate: $40.00/hr – $45.00/hr. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
