About the role

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Carmel, IN is seeking a team-oriented recruiter to join a supportive, collaborative in-office environment. This role focuses on full-life cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both clinicians and the patients they serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the recruiting process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships: Utilize effective sourcing and selection techniques to foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals: Utilize multiple sources and strategies to actively engage and recruit healthcare professionals who are a strong fit for our organization.
• Experience working within an ATS.
• Experience utilizing social media platforms to build connections and strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions) is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates.

Pay

Starting salary range of $50k to $60K plus the opportunity to earn a bonus quarterly.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, in-office.
