Healthcare Project Manager - Revenue Cycle

About the role

We are recruiting for an opportunity that calls for strong project leadership within revenue cycle applications. Our team is seeking a professional who can guide planning, communication, execution, and coordination across discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation within revenue cycle applications.
• Develop project plans, drive milestones, and help ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met.
• Coordinate communication with project teams and key stakeholders while providing day-to-day direction to resources.
• Support change management, documentation, status reporting, budgeting, and cross-team workstream coordination.

Requirements

• Strong Epic Revenue Cycle integration experience.
• 5–10 years of PM experience required.
• Experience supporting facility integration.
• Understanding of the full revenue cycle from front end to back end, including both ambulatory and acute workflows.
• Experience with patient backload, charge testing and validation, discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and keep revenue cycle workstreams moving.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
