Healthcare Consulting Manager - Revenue Cycle

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for revenue cycle management
• Analyze and enhance billing, coding, and collections processes
• Manage complex projects and supervise junior team members
• Analyze data for performance improvement and organizational change
• Collaborate with clients to meet business objectives
• Communicate with project teams and stakeholders
• Train, supervise, and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory
• Over 6 years of experience in project management within a consulting firm focused on healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience in hospital or physician billing and denials management
• Capability to travel as needed, typically less than 50%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• US Work Authorization required

Pay

$145,000 – $185,000 annually
