Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement industry best practices for revenue cycle management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving overall efficiency.
  • Analyze and improve billing, coding, and collections processes to enhance financial performance and reduce revenue leakage for hospitals and health systems.
  • Manage complex multi-workstream projects and oversee junior team members.
  • Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to align with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services.
  • The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role. While travel requirements may vary based on business need, the current average travel in the Healthcare practice is less than 50%, annually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • US Work Authorization required.

Preferences

  • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment.

Pay

Estimated base salary range: $145,000 - $185,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range is $166,750 - $231,250. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
