About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorneys for its Atlanta office. Successful candidates will enjoy flexible work options including hybrid and full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive team projects and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Develop and deliver persuasive legal arguments in court and before administrative bodies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare complex legal documents.
• Manage and lead discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court and administrative hearings.
• Handle client interactions and manage client expectations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Proven ability in legal research and analysis.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Driven and proactive individual with a passion for litigation.
• Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading discovery efforts.
• Preferred but not required: trial experience.

Skills

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
