Healthcare Litigation Associate

IDEAL CANDIDATE
4-7 years litigation experience
- Motion practice

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE

GENERAL FIRM INFORMATION
Hybrid Schedule: Three days per week in office
Billable Structure: Crowell operates one of the more interesting compensation systems in BigLaw. Attorneys can choose their preferred billable target and corresponding compensation structure. 2,000 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $215,000+
1,900 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $195,000+
Attorneys may choose lower billable expectations with proportionate salary adjustments.
This flexibility can be an enormous recruiting advantage for candidates prioritizing work-life balance or those coming from government or boutique environments.
Bonuses: Additional bonus opportunities available
