Healthcare Litigation Associate
Matters Include:
- Class actions
- Commercial disputes
- Arbitrations
- Regulatory-related litigation
IDEAL CANDIDATE
4-7 years litigation experience
- Motion practice
- Discovery management
- Legal research
- Strong writing skills
Healthcare Experience
Preferred but NOT required. This significantly expands the candidate pool and creates opportunities to recruit from: Commercial litigation, Class action litigation, General business litigation, Complex litigation practices

GENERAL FIRM INFORMATION
- Hybrid Schedule: Three days per week in office
- Billable Structure: Crowell operates one of the more interesting compensation systems in BigLaw. Attorneys can choose their preferred billable target and corresponding compensation structure. 2,000 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $215,000+ 1,900 Hour Track: Starting compensation generally begins around $195,000+
- Bonuses: Additional bonus opportunities available. Bonus structure is discretionary. Determined based upon a variety of performance-related factors
