Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Healthcare Litigation Attorneys in its Marlton office with 3+ years' experience. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation, is highly preferred. Experience with ERISA litigation is a plus. Priority is given to applicants in Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Prominent academic background
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation
• Experience with ERISA litigation
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
