About the role
We are seeking an Epic Cadence/Prelude Manager to lead the Learning Department, overseeing strategic project execution, team management, and organizational alignment. This role involves fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and equity to support health outcomes and organizational growth.
This is a remote position requiring high-speed internet, the ability to work independently, and up to 40% travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop staff across various levels, ensuring performance, training, and engagement.
- Coordinate team objectives, processes, and projects to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor data, analyze risks, and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Build strong relationships with members and stakeholders, providing consultative and diagnostic services.
- Design and improve learning programs, facilitate professional education, and support workforce solutions.
- Communicate outcomes, manage resources, and support organizational strategy through leadership and collaboration.
- Travel onsite as needed to support members and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare, with at least 6+ years in Cadence/Prelude; proficiency or certification preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and project management skills.
- Experience in training, curriculum design, and consulting is preferred.
