About the role

Customer service representative working in a call center environment handling inbound calls and some follow‑up calls, answering calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information, requiring great customer service with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and some follow‑up calls
• Answer questions on prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information
• Enter information accurately
• Maintain high quality and accuracy (measured on quality and accuracy)
• Manage a volume of 50‑100 calls per day depending on complexity
• Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers

Requirements

• Contract‑to‑hire position based in Tempe, AZ (onsite)
• Entry‑level experience level
• No “jumpy” resumes (stable employment history)
• At least one year of high‑volume call‑center experience within the last 2‑3 years
• Minimum one year of recent call‑center employment
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
• Basic computer knowledge and skills

Qualifications

• Pass IKM Typing Test – One Space Version (1 min) at 30 WPM
• Pass Call Center – Telephone Skills test with a minimum score of 75 %
• Ability to describe a time using several computer systems during a customer call
• Ability to explain how you learned a new CRM or data‑entry system
• Ability to ensure accuracy while entering information in a fast‑paced, multi‑system call‑center environment
