Healthcare Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

You will work directly with Syntra’s enterprise customers who are large multi-state health systems in deploying software that they will use on every patient encounter.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with enterprise customers to deploy Syntra’s software on every patient encounter.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand and address customer needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers as they integrate Syntra’s solutions into their existing workflows.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers to showcase Syntra’s capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics and chart intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
