About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Financial Transformation Managing Consultant - Front-End Revenue Cycle/Patient Access to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own client engagements from cultivation to completion
- Accountable for project team activities and client relationship management
- Develop and manage work plans, staffing, and budgets for multiple complex projects
- Lead team meetings and coach consulting staff
- Support sales initiatives and practice development
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience focused on optimization and performance improvement
- 5+ years of management consulting, professional services, or project management experience
- Proven track record in thought leadership and managing complex projects
- Ability to present effectively to large groups

Compensation: $102,000 – $170,000 annually
