Healthcare Financial Transformation, Managing Consultant - Back-End Revenue Cycle

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Financial Transformation Managing Consultant - Back-End Revenue Cycle to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client engagements from cultivation to completion
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, budgets, and deadlines
• Lead team meetings and coach junior consultants
• Maintain clear communication with Directors regarding project status
• Support business development and practice enhancements

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience with a focus on optimization
• 5+ years of management consulting or project management experience
• Demonstrated thought leadership and complex project management skills
• Experience in mentoring staff and building client relationships

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 – $170,000 annually
