About the role
A hands-on HR Manager with extensive experience in healthcare settings is needed to lead HR initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing employee relations, benefits administration, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and ADA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
