Healthcare Cost Outcomes Director
The Healthcare Cost Outcomes Director will oversee and coordinate revenue and medical cost analysis to achieve financial objectives in the Health Plan. This role requires collaboration and connectivity, with flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.

This role involves managing the prioritization and development of reports for business reporting and analysis purposes, including ad hoc analysis and cost of care projects. It also includes obtaining resources to support business unit analytic needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of output and deliverables, and communicating with customers about technical issues in non-technical terms.

Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in health care analytics, financial reporting, business analysis within health insurance/managed care environment, including a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- MBA preferred.

Schedule
