Healthcare Consulting Senior Director - Patient Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Healthcare Consulting Senior Director - Patient Experience to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior leadership role will guide complex healthcare consulting engagements focused on improving patient experience and client outcomes. You will partner closely with healthcare executives to shape customized solutions, strengthen operational performance, and advance measurable service improvements. The role also combines delivery leadership with commercial accountability, including financial management, forecasting, and growth of client relationships.
