Healthcare Consulting Director - Patient Experience

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting or hospital operations experience
• Experience leading complex healthcare consulting engagements focused on patient experience
• Strong knowledge of patient experience measurement methodologies (e.g., CAHPS)
• Understanding of key performance improvement opportunities in healthcare delivery
• Proven ability to develop teams and facilitate training programs
• US Work Authorization required

Pay

$185,000 – $225,000 annually
