Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
- WC / OCCMED experience.
- Urgent Care experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
