Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership and sales teams
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and market trends
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings when applicable
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's services, market, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer-facing, or related environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales tools is a plus
