Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior leadership and sales teams
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and market trends
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings when applicable
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's services, market, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, customer-facing, or related environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales tools is a plus
