Healthcare Analytics Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Analytics Manager to join our Healthcare Analytics Team. In this role, you will own end-to-end analytics projects for Chewy’s Pharmacy, Compounding, and Equine/Farm/Exotics businesses. You will leverage all available data sources (orders, financials, catalog, clickstream, operations, customer feedback) to deliver self-service analytics tooling and deep-dive analyses that drive actions yielding positive impact on the customer experience and financial P&L.
You will partner with business General Managers, Finance, Data Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to define and execute an analytics roadmap that helps these businesses continue to scale. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, a highly effective collaborator, a clear communicator, and brings a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality impactful results, including experience with AI and its applications for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead insights generation by delivering analyses that use data to tell a story and offer recommendations to improve business performance.
- Define and develop new KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure success and monitor progress against strategic business goals.
- Build user-friendly reporting and dashboards for both internal and external customers.
- Assess the data needs of the business and partner with technical teams to deliver proof of concepts and conduct QA/UAT on new data sources.
- Create and continuously improve documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience building and delivering self-service analytics tooling and in-depth analyses with quantifiable business impact.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or equivalent BI tool), and Excel. Python experience is a bonus.
- Experience with e-commerce, omni-channel, or retail data (catalog, promotions, clickstream, fulfillment, customer feedback, etc.) and thorough understanding of business performance indicators and financial P&L.
- Experience applying advanced analytics concepts (experiment design, A/B testing, statistics, etc.) to evaluate and improve business performance.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and communication across an organization.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $176,000. The specific salary offered may be influenced by factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
