About the role

The role directs healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and efficient clinical-administrative workflows. The team relies on this position to manage complex medical system operations, optimize revenue cycle management, and coordinate cross-functional healthcare compliance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant federal and state healthcare regulations
  • Optimize revenue cycle management processes, coordinating closely with billing, coding, and finance teams to reduce claim denials
  • Oversee electronic health record (EHR) system maintenance, data integrity, and administrative software integrations
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between clinical staff and administrative departments to streamline patient care delivery
  • Analyze operational metrics and healthcare KPIs to identify system bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements
  • Maintain vendor relationships with medical equipment suppliers, insurance providers, and healthcare technology partners

What we are looking for

  • 4–7 years of healthcare administration, healthcare operations, or medical practice management experience
  • Deep working knowledge of US healthcare systems, HIPAA compliance, and medical billing standards (ICD-10, CPT)
  • Proficiency with major Electronic Health Record systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) and healthcare analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
  • Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential
