About The Role The role oversees the operational and administrative backbone of a healthcare technology organization: managing compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations, coordinating payer and provider relationships, and ensuring clinical-adjacent teams run smoothly day to day. The administrator owns budgets, vendor contracts, credentialing workflows, and facility/remote operations, translating regulatory requirements into processes the organization can actually execute. The work directly affects how safely and efficiently care-support operations scale. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day healthcare operations, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow management for non-clinical teamsMaintain HIPAA, CMS, and state-level compliance programs, including documentation, audits, and staff training recordsManage departmental budgets, forecast spend, and track variances in partnership with financeOversee vendor and payer-facing administrative processes, including contracts, credentialing, and renewalsBuild and maintain SOPs and process documentation in tools like Confluence or NotionTrack and report operational KPIs (utilization, turnaround times, compliance metrics) to leadership via dashboardsCoordinate cross-functional projects with clinical, product, and engineering teams on process changes and new program launches What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of healthcare administration experience, ideally in a health tech, provider, or payer environmentWorking knowledge of HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer credentialing workflowsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or a related fieldStrong budget management and vendor negotiation experienceProficiency with EHR/admin systems (Epic, Athenahealth, or similar) and reporting tools (Excel, Looker, or Tableau)Demonstrated ability to run compliance audits and remediate findings
