About the Role
This internship provides undergraduate and graduate students with hands-on experience in healthcare administration, focusing on hospital management, project execution, and organizational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in approved projects across various hospital departments, contributing to planning, policy analysis, and program development.
- Assist in project execution, deliverables, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams, receiving mentorship and developmental feedback.
- Contribute to organizational goals while gaining exposure to hospital operations and management functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma and completion of at least one year of a bachelor's program, preferably in hospital administration, business, or public health.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to various project needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.
