The Role

You will manage and grow an established territory, calling on hospitals and healthcare laundries to deliver innovative textile and interior solutions. You'll take a consultative approach, helping customers solve real-world challenges with industry-leading products, including bedding, towels, and healthcare textiles. Cubicle curtains and window treatments, surgical gowns, scrubs, and incontinence products are also part of your portfolio.

  • Create and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to grow your territory
  • Win competitive bids through pricing and proposals
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising customers on product solutions and innovating programs to solve challenges
  • Analyze sales data and business reports to inform strategy
  • Partner closely with a dedicated Customer Service Representative
  • Manage multiple accounts while traveling within the territory as needed

What You Bring

  • Proven revenue growth success in a territory sales role
  • Strong drive, resilience, and competitive mindset
  • B2B consultative sales experience
  • Experience selling premium or solution-based products
  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
  • Background in textiles, apparel, or related industries preferred
