The Role
You will manage and grow an established territory, calling on hospitals and healthcare laundries to deliver innovative textile and interior solutions. You'll take a consultative approach, helping customers solve real-world challenges with industry-leading products, including bedding, towels, and healthcare textiles. Cubicle curtains and window treatments, surgical gowns, scrubs, and incontinence products are also part of your portfolio.
- Create and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify and close new business opportunities to grow your territory
- Win competitive bids through pricing and proposals
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising customers on product solutions and innovating programs to solve challenges
- Analyze sales data and business reports to inform strategy
- Partner closely with a dedicated Customer Service Representative
- Manage multiple accounts while traveling within the territory as needed
What You Bring
- Proven revenue growth success in a territory sales role
- Strong drive, resilience, and competitive mindset
- B2B consultative sales experience
- Experience selling premium or solution-based products
- Familiarity with healthcare or hospital environments
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
- Background in textiles, apparel, or related industries preferred
