Health System Director - Missouri, Iowa and Illinois

About the role
The Health System Director will execute Organized Provider Solutions and Business Unit (BU) strategies, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in organized provider accounts, including service line and pharmacy leaders. This position covers the territory of Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the strategic account plan in collaboration with cross-functional account team partners.
- Coordinate account management with Market Access and Business Unit partners to improve access and drive demand at the enterprise level.
- Ensure integration and on-label access within account-level decision-making tools (EMRs, formulary, pathways, order sets) using portfolio resources and matrix team support.
- Maintain clinical knowledge of the enterprise portfolio and competitive landscape.
- Adhere to GSK policies to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the execution of the account plan.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform strategy.
- Gather insights from aligned accounts and serve as a conduit of information back to the organization.
- Collaborate with Marketing on key initiatives and execute marketing plans across GSK’s product portfolio.
- Establish and monitor KPIs on relationship health and system of care engagement; participate in regular business reviews.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated Health System experience in market access and/or account management in the Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50-60%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of regional payers, large contracted customers, mid-size PBMs, and coalitions.
- Financial acumen.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups with an enterprise mindset.
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to a continually changing product portfolio.
- Proven history of taking initiative to achieve goals with demonstrated performance.
- Proven account selling skills and ability to grow business through strategic planning and execution.
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to apply Compliance Policies and Procedures (CPP) in unstructured situations.
- Experience with patient privacy laws including HIPAA and similar state laws.

Pay
The US annual base salary for this position ranges from $186,750 to $311,250, depending on skills, experience, education level, and work location. This role also offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a share-based long-term incentive program.
