Health Specialist

Role: Digital Health Specialist Responsibilities Coordinate virtual outpatient rehab visits via telehealth and connected care tools.Onboard patients to digital platforms and monitor remote exercise and symptom data.Ensure accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Collaborate with PT, OT, and SLP teams to streamline workflows and improve patient access and outcomes.
