Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care
• Provide care as may be directed by the department director or supervisor
• Reflect the value that the resident comes first
• Value the Community as the resident's home and work to create attributes of home
• Model person centered care
