Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise two or more nurses - including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Monitor and support the overall health and medical needs of participants
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Evaluate nursing care and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Cookordinate staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts LPN licensure (required)
• 2 years of management experience (preferred, not required)
• Minimum 2 years working with adults in a healthcare setting (preferred, not required)
