About the role

Responsibilities

• Reporting and tracking of orientations, training, audits, incident reports, and other related documents, as well as recordkeeping of related documents
• Aids in reporting incidents/accidents, investigations, root cause analysis, and submitting reports as required
• Liaises with safety personnel for investigations, medical, and various other reports
• Orders safety supplies as required
• Captures safety events as directed by the District Safety Manager or Project Safety Manager
• Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Supports staff in assigned project-based work
• Maintains knowledge of Flatiron’s company values and strategic plan
• Supports published corporate policies
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction

Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, or a related major, from an accredited university.

Min USD $24.00/Hr. Max USD $28.00/Hr.
