You'll plan and deliver safety training and toolbox talks, help maintain emergency preparedness and response plans, and track leading and lagging safety metrics to spot trends before they become incidents. You'll be the go-to person making sure our teams have what they need to work safely and stay compliant with OSHA and client requirements.Coordinate with Clients & PartnersROHL partners with some of the largest and most reputable energy and construction providers on the continent, and you'll help keep those partnerships running smoothly on the ground. You'll coordinate and provide all required health and safety documentation to clients in accordance with project and contractual requirements, and participate in pre-job meetings with clients and internal project teams to review safety expectations, documentation requirements, site-specific hazards, and project readiness.Strengthen Our SystemsHelp us stay ahead of the curve — updating safety policies and manuals, managing compliance platforms like Avetta and ISNetworld, and improving how we track training, certifications, and documentation across the company.Build Our TeamRun point on recruiting — from writing job posts to screening candidates to getting new hires through onboarding.
