Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for coordinating incident investigations and reviews involving high-risk potential, ensuring comprehensive analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident investigations and conduct high-risk-potential reviews to identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate incident records using Maximo and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in release reviews to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Develop lessons-learned communications and training materials in collaboration with HSE, Operations, Legal, and other teams to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of incident investigation processes and high-risk review procedures.
• Experience with incident record management systems, preferably Maximo.
• Excellent communication skills for developing training and lessons-learned materials.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
