This role ensures staff are properly trained, compliant, and prepared to deliver high-quality personal care services in accordance with New Mexico regulations, agency policies, and payer requirements. This position requires the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish to effectively train and support a diverse workforce. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Training & Education Provide new hire orientation and annual required training for field workers and office staffDeliver training on:Critical Incident ReportingAbuse, Neglect, and ExploitationClient RightsInfection Control and SafetyEVV (Electronic Visit Verification) requirementsDocumentation standardsAgency policies and proceduresConduct training sessions in English and Spanish, as needed Collaboration Work collaboratively with the Administrator, Compliance/QA, HR, and Operations teamsAssist with development and updates of training materials and policies Qualifications Required Qualifications Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and SpanishExperience in healthcare, home care, personal care services, caregiving, or staff trainingStrong communication, teaching, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidentiality Physical & Work Requirements Part-time schedule with flexible hours based on agency needsAbility to conduct in-person and virtual training sessionsAbility to stand, present, and interact during training sessions Employment Classification This is a part-time position.
