Health Coach Annotator

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated or human coaching dialogue for accuracy, tone, empathy, and actionability.
• Annotate goal-setting effectiveness, motivational technique, behavior-change strategy, and personalization.
• Identify unsafe, misleading, or non-evidence-based health advice and flag it for correction.
• Compare responses with coaching frameworks such as motivational interviewing and established behavior-change models.
• Provide structured ratings and feedback for model improvement.
• Help refine annotation rubrics based on recurring quality issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in health coaching, behavior change, public health, nursing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and behavior-change principles.
• Excellent written communication and sound judgment regarding health-related content.
• Able to apply structured rubrics consistently.
• Able to commit for 8 weeks, work 8 hours per day, and overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• NBC-HWC, ICF, or a comparable coaching credential.
• Motivational interviewing or related counseling experience.
• Experience evaluating conversational AI, digital-health platforms, wearable data, or health-education content.
• Experience coaching a substantial and varied client population.

Compensation

$42 USD per hour.
