Health Center Manager, San Marcos West - TrueCare (Multiple Service Lines)
About the role
The Health Center Manager oversees three facilities in West San Marcos, specializing in QuickCare (Urgent Care), Podiatry, Older Adults (Internal Medicine), Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, and Chiropractic Medicine. This role requires a strong background in health center and clinic management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to health center procedures and enhance patient flow
- Manage and operate day-to-day activities of the health center
- Hire, train, and terminate staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10 and CPT codes
- 1-2 years management experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical, health, or social services setting, preferably in an outpatient setting or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Bonus points for bilingualism (English/Spanish) or community clinic experience!
Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of management experience and 1-2 years of experience in a medical, health, or social services setting. Preference is given to candidates with experience in an outpatient setting or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,850 to $121,274 per year.
