Health Care Litigation Associates

About the role

The ideal candidate will have two to five years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Experience with health care regulatory matters, HIPAA, state and federal agency audits and investigations, payor disputes, administrative proceedings, and/or ERISA litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and argue motions
• Take depositions
• Handle complex discovery and ESI
• Prepare cases for trial
• Handle all aspects of complex health care litigation and compliance for regional and national clients of all sizes

Requirements

• A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania is required.
• Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania bar exam, or eligible for admission in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania, will be considered.

• Strong academic background
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
