Health Care Associate - New York or Philadelphia
Job Summary
Ballard Spahr LLP seeks to hire a Junior Health Care Associate in New York or Philadelphia with 2-4 years of legal experience. Successful candidates will have experience representing health care payors and/or providers, and will have knowledge of the federal and state health care legal framework, including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, the Affordable Care Act, False Claims Act, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and the corporate practice of medicine doctrine.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An active bar license in the location for which you wish to be considered
Qualifications
- Experience representing health care payors and/or providers
- Knowledge of federal and state health care legal framework
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, the Affordable Care Act, False Claims Act, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and the corporate practice of medicine doctrine
