Health and Wellness Sales Rep
Good Living Health and Wellness is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect and sell products and services to new customers in Texas. This is a commission-only 1099 position with earnings ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 per month for low performers and $15,000 to $20,000 per month for high performers. Commissions are paid for the life of each client you onboard.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in healthcare, beauty, health, or wellness, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to educate customers, overcome objections, and identify customer needs. The company provides training and support from experienced health and wellness professionals. Applicants with an existing book of business in med-spas, weight loss clinics, or nutrition stores may add the company’s products to their offerings to increase income, provided there are no conflicts with their current employer.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
- Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell products or services.
- Demonstrate the functions and uses of products or services to customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion and issue resolution.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and previous customers to inform them of new products, services, or enhancements.
- Maintain weekly reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and other issues.
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five years of similar experience preferred, but ambition is respected.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
Pay
Commission-only earnings ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 per month for low performers and $15,000 to $20,000 per month for high performers. Commissions are paid monthly for the life of each client onboarded.
