About the role
We are seeking personal trainers, massage and physical therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a growing fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Aid sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales
- Maintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Qualifications
- Love of boutique fitness environment
- A passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- PREFERRED BACKGROUND: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, Dance Instructor
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- A passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve goals
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
- Availability to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program
