We're looking for empathetic, passionate, and dedicated coaches who are ready and excited to be a visible part of the BBA brand. You'll spend most of your time coaching 1:1 clients, and the rest creating content and supporting other BBA programs as needed. At this time, we are only looking for US-based candidates. About Us Body Brain Alliance, LLC, is an evidence-based behavior change company on a mission to be the most immersive behavior change company in existence. We work with people who "know what to do, they just don't do it." We close the gap between knowledge and action through evidence-based coaching techniques, a practical and in-depth curriculum, and deep, dedicated support for every client. Alongside our 1:1 coaching, we run a group coaching program called Consider It Done and Change Mastery Mentorship (CMM), our mentorship program for health and wellness coaches. Please take a moment to review:Our company mission statement Our company advocacy and inclusion statementOur company culture document To be very clear: we are active supporters of abortion and reproductive rights, the Black Lives Matter movement, and LGBTQ+ rights. We work with clients across the gender spectrum and from a variety of religious backgrounds. We are anti-racist. We actively condemn fatphobia and size discrimination, and we donate regularly to these causes. How Our 1:1 Coaching Works Every client starts with a 45-minute Future Self Mapping session, virtually, with their assigned coach. In that session, clients set a goal for their coaching package, a set of "core four" behaviors to focus on, and a set of "core four" qualities they want to embody.Clients track their habits and qualities in a daily tracker inside our client platform, Quenza.Depending on their coaching plan, clients either submit a detailed written check-in and receive a personalized 5–15 minute video response from their coach within 48 hours, or meet with their coach live for 30 minutes each week. [Confirm current plan names and cadences.] The Role This is a full-time (about 30-35 hours per week), fully remote, salaried position. You'll report to our Director of Coaching, Lilly. Your work falls into three areas: 1:1 coaching (the majority of your time). You'll carry a roster of 1:1 behavior change clients (we cap all team members at 50 check-ins per week), from their first Future Self Mapping session through renewal or offboarding.Content and brand. You'll be a visible, vocal member of the BBA brand: on your own social media and ours, our website, our YouTube channel, our email newsletters, and at community events. Content creation is part of your paid working hours.Program support. You'll help with other BBA programs as needed, based on your strengths and our team's needs.
