Responsibilities

• Aid in identifying, assessing, reporting, and correcting workplace environmental factors, unsafe conditions, and behaviors at assigned sites.
• Support site management in adhering to Company, OSHA, MSHA, and other relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyses of operational procedures, facility designs, equipment and materials, audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop and recommend appropriate remedial actions in response to unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Stay updated on Company, OSHA, MSHA, and other regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with site management to develop Health & Safety plans and remedial actions.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for management.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• One (1) year of working experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred qualifications: EMT certificate, Paramedic certificate.

Working experience in a similar role.

Benefits

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $24.00 - $32.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $24.00 - $32.00/hour.

Schedule

This role is eligible for non-standard schedules, including shift work at a 24/7, 365-day operation.
