Responsibilities

• Aid in identifying, assessing, reporting, and correcting workplace environmental factors, unsafe conditions, and behaviors at assigned sites.
• Support site management in compliance with Company, OSHA, MSHA, and other regulations and standards.
• Assist in performing risk assessments, analyses of operational procedures, facility design, equipment and material audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop a current understanding of Company, OSHA, MSHA, and other regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with site management to develop Health & Safety plans and remedial actions.
• Contribute to drafting appropriate reports and presentations for management.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• One (1) year of working experience.
• Prior to employment, candidates must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Prior to employment, candidates must hold either an EMT or Paramedic certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred qualifications include an EMT or Paramedic certificate.

Skills

Knowledge of Company, OSHA, MSHA, and other relevant regulations and standards.

Benefits

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $24.50 - $33.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

Candidates who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $750 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
