Headache Specialist/General Neurologist- Atlantic Health

About the role

The successful candidate will join the growing Department of Neurology at Atlantic Health, focusing on developing Headache and General Neurology programs in Morristown and Pompton Plains, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Headache and General Neurology programs in Morristown and Pompton Plains
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neurologists, advanced practice providers, and clinical neuropsychologists
• Leverage cutting-edge technology and innovative treatment approaches to provide personalized care
• Work 20% of the time on procedures such as botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks
• Participate in approximately 10 overnight phone coverage shifts per month for practice and hospital
• Opportunities for research through the Atlantic Center for Research Neurology
• Neurology residency planned for July 2028 start

Requirements

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology

Successful completion of an accredited Neurology residency

Successful completion of Headache fellowship

NJ licensed or eligible for licensure

Pay

$275,000 - $350,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives

Schedule

Full-time outpatient clinical position Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
