Headache Specialist - Neurology

About the role

The right candidate would be joining our growing, sub-specialized neurology division. The physician will provide headache medicine care in the outpatient setting and will include concussion management and procedures such as Botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks.

Responsibilities

• Provide headache medicine care in the outpatient setting
• Conduct concussion management
• Perform Botulinum toxin injections
• Perform nerve blocks

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with fellowship training in headache medicine or certification as a headache specialist
• Experience in headache medicine preferred
• Knowledge of concussion management
• Ability to perform Botulinum toxin injections and nerve blocks

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan
• Completion of a residency program in neurology
• Completion of a fellowship program in headache medicine or certification as a headache specialist

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule
