About the role

Manage and lead all aspects of a successful intercollegiate NCAA Division III athletic program in order to increase the College's enrollment and to promote the College's image throughout the nation.

Key Results and Responsibilities

• Ensure integration of Women's Basketball program activities to College mission and culture to include the Benedictine Values of Community, Respect, Love of Learning, Hospitality and Stewardship
• Recruitment of a wide diversity of prospective student athletes in order to reach the team's target roster size
• Retain and graduate student-athletes at a rate higher than the overall college rates
